A: Our products are priced in American dollars (USD). Our website offers a conversion tool that converts prices to your desired currency while you shop. The last page checkout will be displayed in USD. When you place your order, your credit card will be charged in your desired currency. 

Q: I just ordered something, when can I expect it to arrive?

Q: Do you offer AfterPay?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have this service available in Canada.

Q: I only received some of the items from my order, where is the rest?

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Our policy allows cancellations within a 24-hour timeframe from the time of order. 

Q: What are the obligations for Duties and Import Taxation? 

A: These regulations are different for each country. Since we offer international shipping, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with your particular country's rules and regulations before you place your order. These charges are not covered by Bad Bixch Decor and are the customer's responsibility.
